As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT STATED THAT HE DEPARTED A PRIVATE AIRSTRIP APPROXIMATELY 1.5 MILES NORTHEAST OF BURLINGTON, WI (BUU). AN ON-SCENE INVESTIGATION SHOWED THAT THERE WAS FUEL IN THE CARBURETOR, IGNITION TO THE SPARK PLUGS AND CRANKSHAFT ROTATION. THE ENGINE WAS TAGGED WITH FAA FORM 8020-2. PERSONNEL OF THE MILWAUKEE FSDO WILL BE PRESENT FOR ENGINE TEARDOWN TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF FAILURE.
