## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) FIRST OFFICER CALLED FOR GEAR DOWN AND FLAPS 20% FOR LANDING ON RUNWAY 25R. FLIGHT CREW GOT INDICATIONS OF A FLAP DISAGREE FOLLOWED BY A LEFT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM QUANTITY EICAS MESSSAGE. CREW VISUALLY CHECKED LEFT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM QUANTITY, IT WAS DOWN TO .04. CREW REQUESTED A GO ROUND AND RAN APPROPRIATE CHECKLIST. CREW LANDED WITH ALTERNATE AT 20%, NO AUTO SPEED BRAKES, NO LEFT T/R OR NOSE WHEEL STEERING. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY DUE TO FLAPS AND NO NOSE WHEEL STEERING TO CLEAR RUNWAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
