## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ACCORDING TO THE PILOT, THE ENGINE JUST QUIT RUNNING DURING CRUISE FLIGHT AND HE WAS UNABLE TO RESTART IT. AN EMERGENCY LANDING WAS MADE WITH THE LANDING GEAR UP CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO PERSONS ON BOARD THE AIRCRAFT. UPON INITIAL INVESTIGATION BY THE FAA, ADEQUATE FUEL WAS FOUND IN THE AIRCRAFT AND NO INDICATION OF CAUSE WAS RECOGNIZED. THE PILOT STATED THAT THE FUEL SELECTOR WAS IN THE "BOTH" POSITION DURING FLIGHT.
