## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DAL 992 WAS EASTBOUND AT FL370 WITH STANDBY POWER FAILURE WHEREBY LOSS OF ONE OF THE STANDBY ELECTRICAL BUSSES OCCURRED WHICH MAKES THE AIRCRAFT IN NO WAY RVSM QUALIFIED. DEN ARTCC TURNED AIRCRAFT 30 DEGREES LEFT WHICH CAUSED A LOSS OF SEPARATION BETWEEN UAL 1417 AT FL 360 AND DAL 992 (3.24 NM AND 1,000 FEET).

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
