(-23) ON AUGUST 31, 2006, AT 1330 CDT, AT DELEVAN, WI, THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ DID LAND AN AIRCRAFT GEAR UP. PILOT INDICATED HE FORGOT TO LOWER THE GEAR. THE PART 91 FLIGHT WAS NOT ON A FLIGHT PLAN AND THE WEATHER WAS VMC. DAMAGE WAS MINOR.
