## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT STATED: HE WAS DOING HIGH SPEED TAXI TESTS WITH NO INTENTION TO FLY, WHEN THE AIRCRAFT LEFT THE GROUND UNEXPECTEDLY. THE PILOT FURTHER STATED, BECAUSE HE WAS ON THE EAST/WEST (27/09) RUNWAY THERE WASN'T ENOUGH ROOM TO LAND THE AIRCRAFT BACK ON THE RUNWAY WHICH IS 800' LONG, HE THEN ELECTED TO DO A GO AROUND AND LAND BACK ON 27. THE PILOT SAID, WHEN HE TOUCHED DOWN ON THE RUNWAY APPROXIMATELY 150' BEYOND THE THRESHOLD HE BOUNCED. WHEN HE APPLIED POWER THE AIRCRAFT TURNED TO THE LEFT AND WAS HEADED INTO A HANGAR. HE ADDED MORE POWER AND BANKED THE AIRCRAFT TOWARD THE SOUTH IN A HARD LEFT TURN WHEN THE AIRCRAFT STALLED. THE LEFT WING OF THE AIRCRAFT IMPACTED THE GROUND FIRST, THEN THE NOSE, AND THEN FINALLY THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR HIT AND COLLAPSED. THE PILOT WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL FOR OBSERVATION AND WAS RELEASED WITH ONLY SOME SORENESS AND BRUISING.
