## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THIS CAUSED A LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL, RESULTING IN A GROUND LOOP WITH THE ROTOR BLADES AND PROPELLER BLADES CONTACTING THE RUNWAY. NTSB CONSULTED AND NTSB ADVISED TO CLASSIFY AS AN INCIDENT.
