## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ SKY WEST SKY5966 LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT ON RUNWAY 13. AIRCRAFT WAS INSTRUCTED TO TURN LEFT AT TAXIWAY CHARLIE USING CAUTION AND WAS ADVISED OF LATEST BRAKING ACTION. ADVISED THE AIRCRAFT OF ANOTHER CRJ AIRCRAFT THAT WAS STUCK ON RAMP THAT HAD REPORTED BRAKING ACTION AS NIL. TOWER THEN INFORMED AIRCRAFT THAT THEY COULD HOLD THEIR POSITION ON THE RUNWAY TO AWAIT CHEMICAL DEICING AT THE RAMP AND TAXIWAYS OR TURN OFF AT CHARLIE AND HOLD. SKY5966 INFORMED TOWER THAT HE WOULD EXIT 13 AND HOLD. THE AIRCRAFT TURNED LEFT ON CHARLIE AND WAS MOVING EXTREMELY SLOW AND APPEARED TO COME TO A STOP WHEN THE AIRCRAFT WAS OBSERVED TO ROTATE NINETY DEGREES CLOCKWISE AND STOP PERPENDICULAR TO TAXIWAY CHARLIE WITH THE NOSE GEAR LEAVING THE TAXIWAY AND STOPPING IN THE GRASS. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO CREW OR PASSENGERS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
