## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT SLID OFF TAXIWAY B AT TAXIWAY R ENROUTE TO THE ACTIVE RUNWAY. FREEZING RAIN HAD JUST STARTED TO FALL AND THE TAXIWAY AND RUNWAY CONDITIONS WENT FROM GOOD TO NIL IN JUST A FEW MINUTES. NO WX ADVISORY WAS GIVEN TO THE CREW BECAUSE OF HOW QUICKLY THE CONDITIONS HAD CHANGED. WITNESSES STATED THE AIRCRAFT WAS ATTEMPTIMG TO TURN, BUT THE AIRCRAFT WOULD NOT RESPOND. THE NOSE WHEEL JUST WENT STRAIGHT AHEAD AND WENT OFF INTO THE SNOW/GRASSY AREA. A NON-EMERGENCY EVACUATION WAS CONDUCTED WITH NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
