## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) WHEN LANDING AT WEST PALM BEACH AIRPORT (PBI) FLORIDA, THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT EXTEND. CYCLED THE GEAR AND GEAR LIGHT DID NOT INDICATE DOWN. THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS POPPED. THE PILOT ACTIVATED THE EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION AND LANDED THE AIRCRAFT. THE PILOT DID A FEW FLYBYS AND THEN LANDED. THE MAIN GEAR WAS EXTENDED BUT THE PROP HIT THE GROUND BECAUSE THE NOSE WHEEL WAS PARTIALLY EXTENDED. THE PILOT REALIZED HE DID NOT HAVE ALL THE WHEELS DOWN WHEN HE LANDED. THE EMERGENCY EXTENSION DID NOT SOLVE THE LANDING GEAR PROBLEM. THE NOSE WHEEL WAS PARTIALLY EXTENDED ON LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
