## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON DECEMBER 19, 2007, AT 15:40 EST, A MOONEY, N201KU, OPERATED BY THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE AT THE ZEPHYRHILLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA. THIS WAS A VFR PLEASURE FLIGHT FROM VANDENBERG AIRPORT TO ZEPHRYHILLS. AFTER LANDING AND CLEARING THE RUNWAY THE PILOT ANNOUNCED OUT LOUD THAT HE WAS RAISING THE FLAPS. THE PASSENGER THOUGHT HE WAS TALKING TO HIM AND REACHED OVER AND RAISED THE GEAR HANDLE. THE AIRPLANE COLLAPSED ON THE TAXIWAY WITH MINOR DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
