## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 12/24/2007 AT 1550E, N62SL (LANCAIR 320) LANDED ON RUNWAY 24 AT MMU. DURING ROLL-OUT THE NOSE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. THE ARFF RESPONDED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS FLAT BEDDED TO THE SIGNATURE HANGAR. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE PILOT, THE SOLE OCCUPANT ON BOARD. ON 12/26/2007 PERFORMED ONSITE INSPECTION AND SPOKE VIA TELEPHONE WITH THE AIRCRAFT OWNER, THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^. IT APPEARS THAT THE NOSE GEAR DRAG LINK BROKE CAUSING THE GEAR TO COLLAPSE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
