## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT STATED SHE WAS ON A SCHEDULED CHECK RIDE. PRIOR TO DEPARTURE THE AIRCRAFT LOGBOOK WAS CHECKED WITH TWO AIRCRAFT DISCREPANCIES NOTED, AND CLEARED BY MAINTENANCE. (1. THE AIRCRAFT PULLED UNCONTROLLABLY TO THE LEFT. THIS DISCREPANCY WAS CLEARED BY MAINTENANCE, BY RE RIGGING THE LEFT ENGINE. 2. THERE WAS A FLAT SPOT ON THE LEFT MAIN TIRE. THE TIRE WAS REPLACED BY MAINTENANCE). THE AIRCRAFT HAD BEEN FLOWN TWICE AFTER THE MAINTENANCE WAS PERFORMED WITH NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. PRIOR TO LANDING AT ENW ALL TAXI AND AIR MANEUVERS WERE NORMAL INCLUDING THE TAKE OFF FROM MKE. UPON TOUCHDOWN AT ENW THE PILOT NOTICED A RUMBLING NOISE COMING FROM THE LANDING GEAR AND WHEN THE ENGINES WERE BROUGHT INTO GROUND FINE (COMPANY PROCEDURES PROHIBIT USING REVERSE EXCEPT IN AN EMERGENCY) THE AIRCRAFT PULLED TO THE LEFT EVEN WITH FULL RIGHT RUDDER, LIGHT BRAKING APPLIED AND USING THE STEERING TILER. THE AIRCRAFT LEFT THE RUNWAY AND CONTINUED SEVERAL HUNDRED FEET BEFORE COMING TO A STOP IN A DITCH. THE DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT WAS CONFINED TO THE NOSE OF THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
