## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE INSTRUCTION FLIGHT WAS ON ITS THIRD LANDING AT TEA, SD (Y14). AFTER TOUCHING DOWN MIDPOINT ON RUNWAY 16, THE INSTRUCTOR ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO DRIFT OFF TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AND HIT SOME HARD SNOW. THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER AND DAMAGED THE PROP AND THE LEFT WING TIP. WHEN THE AIRCRAFT FELL BACK ON THE MAIN WHEELS, THE TAIL STRUCK THE CEMENT AND CAUSED ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE PRIVATE PILOT AND THE FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR. NOTE: THE PRIVATE PILOT WAS RECEIVING INSTRUCTION FOR A HIGH PERFORMANCE AIRCRAFT ENDORSEMENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
