## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) IT APPEARS THAT AFTER LANDING ON RUNWAY 9L, THE AIRMEN FAILED TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT DURING THE LANDING PHASE SEQUENCE; THIS CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO DEPART THE RUNWAY TO THE SOUTHEAST ABOUT HALFWAY DOWN. THE AIRCRAFT TRAVELED ABOUT 80 FEET AFTER DEPARTING THE RUNWAY DURING WHICH IT KNOCKED DOWN THE TAXIWAY "DELTA" SIGN. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED MOVING SOUTHEAST AND AFTER THE PROPELLER STRUCK THE GROUND, THE AIRPLANE CAME TO A STOP ADJACENT TO THE INTERSECTION OF TAXIWAY "NOVEMBER" AND DELTA" OFF THE TARMAC IN THE GRASS.
