## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) UPS WAS AWARE OF THE AIRPORT RUNWAY ICY CONDITION (MU READING BELOW .20). PILOT IN COMMAND (PIC) DID NOT SPEAK WITH DISPATCH & DISPATCH DID NOT REACH OUT TO THE FLIGHTCREW. PIC DID NOT USE GOOD LANDING TECHNIQUE. 15KTS TOO FAST, TOO LONG, TOUCHDOWN 500 FT BEYOND TDZ, LANDED SMOOTH INSTEAD OF FIRM. USED AUTOBRAKES 2 INSTEAD OF 4 OR MAX, CAME OUT OF REVERSE INSTEAD OF STAYING IN REVERSE IDLE TILL AT TAXI SPEED. RAN OFF THE END OF THE 8500FT RUNWAY AT 14KTS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
