## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ALL DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT RESULTING FROM THIS INCIDENT INDICATES THAT THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH THE GEAR RETRACTED. THE PROPELLER STRUCK THE RUNWAY, THE DAMAGE TO THE NOSE GEAR DOORS INDICATED THAT THEY WERE CLOSED BASED ON THE DAMAGE TO THE LOWER SKIN ADJACENT TO THE NOSE GEAR DOORS. THE LOWER SURFACE OF THE FUSELAGE WAS DAMAGED FROM COMING IN CONTACT WITH THE RUNWAY. DAMAGE TO THE TRAILING EDGE OF THE FLAPS INDICATED THAT THE FLAPS WERE DOWN DURING LANDING. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE MAIN LANDING GEAR DOORS WHICH WOULD INDICATE THAT THEY WERE IN THE RETRACTED POSITION WHEN THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN. AT THE TIME THE FAA INVESTIGATING INSPECTOR ARRIVED ON-SCENE, THE LANDING GEAR POSITION SWITCH WAS IN THE DOWN POSITION. THE CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR THE LANDING GEAR POSITION WAS IN THE DISCONNECTED POSITION. FOLLOW UP INVESTIGATION DATA CONFIRMED THAT THE LANDING GEAR UP LIGHT WAS BURNED OUT AND THE STALL WARNING SYSTEM WAS NOT FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
