## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 02/11/08, A TWIN CESSNA CE-414, N27352, LANDED WITH GEARS UP. THE AIRCRAFT WAS INBOUND AFTER 2 LEGS STARTING AT DUNNELLON FL (X35) THEN DEPARTING LEESBURG, VA (JYO) FOR LDJ AIRPORT. HE ADMITTED HE USED A REDUCED FLAP SETTING FOR BETTER CONTROL AND THE GEAR "WARNING HORN" DIDN'T SOUND. WIND REPORTING AT EWR AVERAGED 280 DEGREES, 13-18 KTS, GUSTING 21-225. PILOT STATED HE DID NOT PUT THE GEAR HANDLE DOWN.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
