## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING APPROACH INTO KPBI THE LOW HYDRAULIC LEVEL AND LEFT/RIGHT LOW HYDRAULIC FLOW INDICATION ILLUMINATED. CREW FOLLOWED THE ABNORMAL CHECKLIST, MANUALLY EXTENDED THE LANDING GEARS, AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY LANDING INTO KPBI. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE FOUND A DEFECTIVE LEFT HYDRAULIC PUMP PRESSURE LINE. THE PRESSURE LINE WAS REPLACED, HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WAS SERVICED, GEAR SWINGS WERE PERFORMED AND SYSTEM WAS LEAKED CHECKED WITH ENGINES RUNNING. OPERATION AND LEAK CHECKS WERE GOOD AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
