## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) FLIGHT DEPARTED FLG AT APPROXIMATELY 0700 MST ON AN IFR FLIGHT PLAN. THE CAPTAIN RECEIVED SEVERAL WEATHER REPORTS WHILE ENROUTE TO 38AZ (COMPANY OWNED AIRPORT - PRIVATE USE). THE WEATHER WAS VARIABLE FROM 600 TO 1000 BROKEN WITH VISIBILITY FROM 1/2 TO 1 1/2 MILE, WINDS WERE 180/8 AND WAS SNOWING. THE PILOTS DECIDED TO USE THE GPS APPROACH TO RUNWAY 2 DUE TO A LOWER MDA (6860 MSL). AT MDA THE CO-PILOT REPORTED RUNWAY IN SIGHT AT APPROXIMATELY 1.3 MILES FROM THE AIRPORT. THE CAPTAIN LOOKED UP AND OBSERVED THE RUNWAY AT "12:00" AND STATED HE WAS LEAVING MDA. BOTH PILOTS STATED THAT NOTHING SEEMED OUT OF THE ORDINARY AT THIS POINT, HOWEVER, THE LANDING WAS LONG, ABOUT MID-FIELD (RUNWAY IS 7500' LONG). THE CAPTAIN APPLIED BRAKES AND FULL PROPELLER REVERSE BUT ROLLED OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY AT APPROXIMATELY 25-30 KNOTS. MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES WERE THE RUNWAY LIGHTS FAILED TO RESPOND TO PILOT CONTROLLED LIGHTING PROCEDURES AND THE ENTIRE AREA WAS WHITE DUE TO FRESH SNOW FALL. THE CREW HAD ADEQUATE VISIBILITY AT MDA, BUT MAY HAVE MISJUDGED THE LANDING TOUCH DOWN POINT DUE TO SNOW AND THE LACK OF RUNWAY LIGHTING. THE TIME OF LANDING WAS ABOUT 07:45 MST.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
