## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON FEBRUARY 22, 2008, AT 1749 MOUNTAIN TIME, A COLUMBIA AIRCRAFT, MODEL LC41-550FG, REGISTERED TO HAPPY AIR, LLC, C/O THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, COLLIDED WITH A SNOW BANK AT SEELEY LAKE AIRPORT (23S) IN MONTANA. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME OF THE FLIGHT; NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE NOSE WHEEL STRUT FAIRING AND THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR STRUT FAIRING. A DOG WAS KILLED ON THE RUNWAY. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED AT GREAT FALLS (GTF), MONTANA.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
