## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS WHILE LANDING THE PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AND ENDED UP IN THE GRASS, RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO L/H AND R/H HORIZONTAL STABILIZER LEADING EDGE, AND VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE FUSELAGE SKIN AND LANDING GEAR WHEEL FAIRINGS. TEMPORARY REPAIRS WERE MADE TO THE AIRCRAFT AND A FERRY PERMIT WAS ISSUED FOR PERMANENT REPAIRS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
