(-23) PILOTS NOTED #2 HYDRAULIC QUANTITY DECREASING THEN THE #3 HYDRAULIC PUMP WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHILE IN CRUISE. PILOTS DIVERTED TO MSP AIRPORT AND DECLARED EMERGENCY. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND #3 HYDRAULIC PUMP PRESSURE LINE IN AFT BAGGAGE BAY BULKHEAD HAD PIN HOLE LEAK. THE LINE IS ORIGINAL FROM FACTORY. LINE WAS CHANGED OUT. A MALFUNCTION DEFECT REPORT WAS COMPLETED AND FILED BY OPERATOR ON 03/18/08.
