## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT WAS INITIALLY DESCRIBED AS UNRULY BECAUSE SHE HAD AN ALTERCATION WITH THE GATE AGENT IN LA CROSSE (LSE) AS A RESULT OF A PASSENGER COMPLAINT. THE PASSENGER COMPLAINT INDICATED THAT THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT'S HAIR WAS NOT CLEAN. THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT WAS REMOVED FROM THE LSE-MSP LEG BY THE COMPANY AND DEADHEADED TO MSP. SHE WAS DRUG/ALCOHOL TESTED UPON HER ARRIVAL IN MSP BY THE COMPANY AND THE RESULTS WERE NEGATIVE. THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM HER FURTHER TRIPS PENDING RECEIPT OF THE TEST RESULTS. PINNACLE FLIGHT ATTENDANT BASE MANAGEMENT COUNSELED THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT ON HER APPEARANCE, HYGIENE AND ATTITUDE. THE PINNACLE CERTIFICATE MANAGEMENT OFFICE WAS INFORMED ABOUT THE SITUATION AND PLANS NO FURTHER ACTION. AS AN INDEPENDENT ACTION, THE AIRCRAFT, UPON LANDING AT LSE SUSTAINED A BLOWN TIRE AS A RESULT OF A PUNCTURE. THERE WAS NO RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT'S CONDUCT AND THE BLOWN TIRE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
