THE PILOT LANDED UNDER CROSSWINDS CONDITIONS AND DURING THE LANDING ROLL TO 500 FEET ON THE RUNWAY, THE CAPTAIN PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF HIS AIRCRAFT, AND ROLLED OFF THE RUNWAY AND ONTO THE UNEVEN GRASS. AS A RESULT, MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUSTAINED. 1. THE NOSE LANDING GEAR WAS BENT. 2. PROPELLER STRIKE TO THE GROUND - ALL THREE BLADES SHOWED SIGNS OF IMPACT. 3. THE RIGHT MLG FAIRING WAS TORN OFF.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
