THE RIGHT MLG DID EXTEND, HOWEVER THE LEFT MLG WOULD NOT. THE PILOT PROCEEDED TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY WITH AIRPORT AND LANDED ON THE NLG AND RIGHT MLG WITH THE LEFT MLG COLLAPSING ON IMPACT. THERE WAS EVIDENCE OF RED HYDRAULIC FLUID ON THE TRAILING EDGE OF LEFT WING, UNDER THE LEFT WING AND ALL OVER THE LEFT WHEEL WELL AREA. UPON INVESTIGATION IT APPEARED THE LEFT MLG ACTUATOR HAD BLOWN A SEAL INTERNALLY AND HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKED OUT THUS CAUSING THE FAILURE OF THE LANDING GEAR EXTENSION PROCESS.
