## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) SKYWEST AIRLINES FLIGHT 3751 HAD A SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME OF 0750 LOCAL FROM YYC (CALGARY). CALGARY AIRPORT AUTHORITY REPORTED HEAVY, WET SNOW BEGAN TO FALL BETWEEN 0700 AND 0800. INCIDENT WAS THE FIRST FLIGHT OF THE DAY. DURING LANDING IN SLC (SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH) BLEW BOTH RIGHT MAIN TIRES. BRAKES REPORTED TO BE "PACKED WITH ICE." RIGHT MAIN GEAR DOOR DEPARTED THE AIRCRAFT DAMAGING THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR WIRE HARNESS, BRAKE LINES, AND RIGHT FLAP.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
