(-23) APRIL 11, 2008, THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS OPERATING A SNOBIRD GYROPLANE, ULTRALIGHT WHEN HE FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AFTER TAKE-OFF FROM RUNWAY 23, AND STALLED AT ABOUT 50-80 FEET ABOVE THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT IMPACTED THE TOLEDO - WINLOCK - ED CARLSON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT RUNWAY RECEIVING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
