A DRIVER ON THE HIGHWAY, GOING TOWARD GLENNALLEN, REPORTED THE WEATHER AS NO PRECIPITATION AND THE CEILING AS INDETERMINATE BUT AIRCRAFT NEVER ENTERED THE CLOUDS.
