(-23) PILOT LANDED WITH GEAR RETRACTED.  PILOT HAD GEAR OVERRIDE DEACTIVATED FROM EARLIER STALL WORK SO THE WARNING HORN DID NOT GO OFF.  PILOT LANDED WTH GEAR UP.
