MOONEY M20C, N6448U, REGISTERED TO DON LIN AIRCRAFT INC, HAD THE ALL THREE GEAR COLLAPSE AFTER LANDING AT THE CHARLOTTE COUNTY AIRPORT, IN PUNTA GORDA, FLORIDA, WHILE ON A FLIGHT AROUND THE PATTEN VISUAL METEROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME.  THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE AND THE PILOT WAS NOT INJURED.  THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED AT PUNTA GORDA FLORIDA, ON APRIL 23, 2008, AT APPROXIMATELY 16:20 HOURS.
