## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT LANDED ON A REMOTE CLOSED AIRFIELD THAT WAS APPROXIMATELY 1,000 FEET IN LENGTH. THERE ARE NO PUBLISHED DATA FOR THIS AIRFIELD. THE WINDS WERE GUSTING AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT, THE AIRFIELD IS SLOPING DOWN AND THE PILOT HAD DIRECTIONAL CONTROL ISSUES, WHEN HE OVERRAN THE RUNWAY AND FLIPPED OVER ON ITS BACK. THE SHORT FIELD, ROUGH TERRAIN, GUSTING CROSSWIND, AND DOWN SLOPE WAS TOO MUCH FOR THE PILOT'S SKILLS.
