## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING LANDING, THE PIC STATED THAT THE NOSE WHEEL TOUCHED DOWN FIRST THEN THE AIRCRAFT BALLOONED 10 FEET INTO THE AIR. THE AIRCRAFT PORPOISED DOWN RUNWAY 12R AT KVGT TOUCHING DOWN AT LEAST 5 TIMES. THE PIC WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND WAS ABLE TO EXIT THE RUNWAY. THE PIC TAXIED TO THE FUEL SERVICE AREA AND INSPECTED THE AIRPLANE FOR DAMAGE. FAA INSPECTION OF AIRCRAFT REVEALED DAMAGE TO ENGINE AND PROP. IN ADDITION, AIRCRAFT SKIN AFT OF ENGINE ON BOTH SIDES WILL REQUIRE REPAIR. NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT WAS FOUND. OPERATIONAL CONTROLS WERE NOT AFFECTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
