## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) A79KP LANDED ON RUNWAY 19 AT KARL STEFAN MEMORIAL AIRPORT, NORFOLK, NE. THE PILOT STATED THAT HE MADE A STEEP APPROACH TO THE RUNWAY, AND STARTED TO FLARE AT FIVE FEET. HE REALIZED HE WAS SLOW. THE WING DIPPED AND HE ADDED POWER, THEN PULLED THE THROTTLE TO IDLE AND HELD THE STICK BACK FOR THE LANDING. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED, THE NOSE GEAR BROKE, THE WING TIP HIT THE RUNWAY, AND THE AIRCRAFT SKIDDED TO THE RIGHT EDGE OF THE RUNWAY. THERE WRE NO INJURIES.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
