## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON MAY 12, 2008, AT 16:54 LOCAL TIME, THE FLIGHT CREW FOR SKY WEST AIRLINES INC. OPERATING AS FLIGHT NR 5931 DEPARTED OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (OKC) TO DENVER COLORADO, (DEN) DIVERTED TO WICHITA KANSAS DUE TO A LEFT BLEED AIR DUCT WARNING MESSAGE AT 28,000 FEET AND LOST CABIN PRESSURE. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT ICT WITHOUT EMERGENCY RESPONSE VEHICLES DISPATCHED. THE AIRCRAFT PASSENGERS WERE DE-PLANED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (COS).

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
