## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE STUDENT PILOT ON HIS FIRST SOLO FLIGHT EXPERIENCED THE AIRCRAFT PORPOISING DOWN THE RUNWAY AS HE WAS LANDING. THE PILOT DID NOT POSSESS THE KNOWLEDGE AND THUS WAS NOT ABLE TO, NOR WAS HE EXPERIENCED ENOUGH, TO RECOVER FROM IT. THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE AIRCRAFT SUBSEQUENTLY ROLLED OVER THE NOSE AND FLIPPED UPSIDE DOWN.
