## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) N128UP, A-300-F4622R, BEING OPERATED AS UNITED PARCEL SERVICE FLIGHT 591 ENROUTE DIA TO RFD DIVERTED TO OMA BECAUSE THE CREW HEARD A HUMMING AND THEN FELT A VIBRATION. THE CREW ASCERTAINED THAT ONE OF THE CARGO DOOR SEALS WAS LOSING PRESSURE. THE AIRPLANE LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. COMPANY MECHANICS FOUND 2 INCH HOLES IN THE DOOR SEAL AND AIR ESCAPING WHEN THEY PRESSURIZED THE AIRCRAFT. COMPANY MAINTENANCE AT OMA CHANGED THE FORWARD CARGO DOOR SEAL.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
