## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) COMMERCIAL PILOT TAXIED HIS AIRPLANE AWAY FROM WIND PROTECTED AREA AND LOST CONTROL WHEN THE 20 MPH TO 28 MPH WIND PUSHED HIM TOWARDS PARKED AIRCRAFT. THE PILOT TRIED TO REPOSITION HIS FEET ONTO THE HEEL BRAKES AND MOVED HIS FOOT AWAY FROM THE RUDDER PETAL WHICH HE HAD FULLY DEPRESSED. THE AIRCRAFT FLIPPED 180 DEGREES AND HIT THREE OTHER PARKED PLANES ON THE RAMP. THE PILOT STATED THAT HIS INSTRUCTOR TOLD HIM THAT HE NEED TO PRACTICE IN THE WIND. HIS INSTRUCTOR, IS ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ A PRIVATE PILOT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ NAME HAS COME UP IN THE LAST THREE MONTHS INVOLVING AN ACCIDENT AT THE NUTREE (VCB) AIRPORT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
