(-23) ON JUNE 6, 2008 APPROXIMATELY 2020 PDT, THE PILOT OF N9016P, A PIPER PA-24, MADE THE SECOND ATTEMPTED LANDING AT TOA RUNWAY 29R.  THE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED ABOUT TWO SECONDS AFTER THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN.
