(-23) NEW BRAKES INSTALLED ON AIRCRFT.  OWNER PERFORMED HIGH-SPEED TAXI TO BREAK THEM IN.  THE OWNER TAPPED ON THE BRAKES THREE TIMES, CAUSING THEM TO GET TO HOT AND START BURNING.
