## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING LANDING ROLLOUT RIGHT BRAKE APPARENTLY LOCKED AND AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF RUNWAY. THERE IS CLEARLY ONE SKID MARK THE VEERS OFF THE RUNWAY. UPON EXITING THE RUNWAY AIRCRAFT HIT A SMALL DROP OFF, THE NOSE TIPPED DOWN AND THE TAIL CAME OVER THE TOP. AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST CLEAR OF THE RUNWAY AND INVERTED. SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO LEFT WING, DAMAGE TO RIGHT WING, PROPELLER, AND SKIN OF AIRCRAFT. AFTER USING A CRANE TO TURN THE AIRCRAFT OVER, THE FBO HAD TO BLEED THE BRAKES TO GET THE AIRCRAFT TO ROLL BECAUSE THE BRAKES WERE ACTIVATED. THE FBO STATED THAT THE PILOT HAD LEFT THE EMERGENCY BRAKE ON. THERE IS NO EMERGNECY BRAKE SYSTEM ON THIS MODEL OF AIRCRAFT.
