## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING FLIGHT, WHILE LEVEL AT 12,000 FT, THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A ROUGH RUNNING ENGINE FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. THE PILOT DECIDED TO DESCEND, AND AT APPROXIMATELY 6,000 FT FULL ENGINE POWER WAS REGAINED. PILOT ELECTED TO FLY AIRCRAFT TO AIRPORT AT WHICH THEY NORMALLY RECEIVE MAINTENANCE. REMAINDER OF FLIGHT TO DESTINATION AIRPORT WAS UNEVENTFUL. AFTER LANDING A CROSSWIND GUST CAUGHT THE AIRCRAFT AND THE PILOT LOST CONTROL. THE AIRCRAFT SWERVED, HITTING A RUNWAY LIGHT AND A TAXI LIGHT BEFORE THE PILOT WAS ABLE TO RE-GAIN CONTROL. ONE BLADE OF THE PROP, THE NOSE FAIRING AND ONE MAIN GEAR FAIRING WERE DAMAGED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
