## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

- [NTSB ANC08CA117](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/ANC08CA117), Sep 1, 2008: Bellanca 8GCBC (N2981M), Fairbanks, AK, substantial damage. Probable cause: The student pilot's inadequate recovery from a bounced landing.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
