## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED LOSS OF POWER AND THE PILOT EXECUTED A SAFE LANDING AT AOO WHILE ENROUTE FROM HPN TO AGC. OIL WAS NOTED ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE FUSELAGE AND AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED FROM RUNWAY TO PENN-AIR HANGAR. PILOT NOTED THAT ONE QUART OF OIL WAS ADDED AT AGC PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FROM AGC TO HPN BECAUSE THE OIL LEVEL WAS AT 6 QUARTS. THE ADDITION MADE 7 QUARTS OF OIL IN AN 8 QUART OIL SUMP.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
