## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT WAS LANDING ON RWY 4. HE STATED THAT HE TOUCHED DOWN NORMALLY ON THE MAIN GEAR AND WHEN THE NOSE WHEEL TOUCHED, THE AIRCRAFT PULLED VIOLENTLY TO THE LEFT. THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY AT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE AND IMPACTED A FENCE. THE AIRWORTHINESS INVESTIGATION HAD INDICATED METAL FATIGUE, RESULTING IN A PARTIAL GEAR COLLAPSE. THE PARTS ARE BEING SUBMITTED TO THE NTSB LAB FOR ANALYSIS.
