## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT-IN-COMMAND OF N824MC, A CE-172 AIRCRAFT, REPORTED THAT UPON HIS EXECUTION OF A TOUCH-AND-GO MANEUVER ON RUNWAY 6 AT HARRISBURG, ILLINOIS, HE WAS UNABLE TO CONTROL THE LONGITUDINAL DIRECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT ON THE TAKEOFF SEGMENT RESULTING IN THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTING THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. NO INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED TO THE PILOT AND SOLE OCCUPANT, AND THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF THIS EVENT. THIS REPORT IS BEING SUBMITTED TO CLOSE REPORT NUMBER IGL 1920080035.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
