## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 09-08-2008 AT 21:20 WHILE MAKING LANDING AT HELIPAD ON TOP OF PROVICENCE HOSPITAL EVERETT WASHINGTON, HELICOPTER DESCENDING ONTO HELIPAD MADE SLIGHT CONTACT WITH AIRCONDITIONING BOX ON TOP OF THE ROOF, NEXT TO THE HELIPAD. TAIL ROTOR IMPACTED THE METAL BOX AND SHAVED OFF APPROXIMATELY 3/4 OF AN INCH OF BOTH BLADES. NO OTHER DAMGE OCCURRED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
