## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT LANDED HIS HELICOPTER ON THE GROUND NEXT TO THE SERVICING TRUCK. THIS TRUCK CONTAINED BOTH THE CHEMICAL AND FUEL. THE PILOT REQUESTED FUEL IN ADDITION TO THE CHEMICAL UPLOAD. AFTER SEEING A THUMBS-UP SIGNAL, THE PILOT LIFTED OFF. THE CHEMICAL HOSE WAS STILL ATTACHED TO THE HELICOPTER. THE HELICOPTER PICHED NOSE DOWN AND THEN ROLLED TO THE RIGHT. THE HELICOPTER ENDED UP ON THE RIGHT SIDE IN A GULLEY.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
