WHILE LANDING RUNWAY 01 FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA (4R4), A WINDGUST/WHIRLWIND LIFTED THE RIGHT WING CAUSING THE LEFT WING TIP TO STRIKE THE GROUND.  AIRCRAFT RECIEVED MINOR DAMAGE AND NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED.
