## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON OCTOBER 13, 2008 AT APPROXIMATELY 1615 LOCAL, N1074Q, A CESSNA CE TU-206-F, LANDED AT THE BILLINGS LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, RUNWAY 28R, WITH A FLAT RIGHT MAIN TIRE. THE WIND WAS SW AT 15 TO 20. UPON LANDING THE AIRCRAFT PULLED TO THE RIGHT AND EXITED THE RUNWAY. ALTHOUGH CONSIDERABLE TREAD REMAINED ON THE TIRE THE TUBE WAS FOUND TO HAVE A HOLE IN IT AND THE RIGHT TIRE WAS FLAT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
